Your AVL equipment needs to work every time you turn it on. Our service agreement packages are custom-built to fit your organizations needs, skill sets, and current AVL assets.

Our Service Agreements feature the following benefits:

• Scheduled multi-day preventive maintenance of campus AV asset locations. This will include replacing projector filters and lamps as needed, along with cleaning fans and other heat-sensitive equipment to ensure best performance. Included is firmware updating when available. 

• Advanced material replacement allowance. 

• REMOTE TROUBLESHOOTING with AV Design Pros staff. 

• ASSET INVENTORY and LIFECYCLE documentation to closely monitor AV assets and future-planning.

• Remote training sessions at owner’s discretion for system users. This can be ongoing training or for new users/volunteers.

• Discounted sales and services for new equipment and projects.
